Content creation, public relations & experiential activations — tailored, never templated, for South Florida's most discerning brands.
Three crafts,
one standard.
Every engagement is built around the brand, the audience, and the moment — then executed to the letter.
The proof,
in public.
From the first call to the grand opening, there's nothing quite like witnessing a vision come to life — and sharing it with the public.
Talked about,
on purpose.
A selection of engagements across dining, coffee and hospitality — real campaigns, real coverage, all South Florida.
The Orange
Coffee Shop.
For the month of September, KEFI took over VI Coffee in Boca Raton — a drink-of-the-month collaboration and our own pop-up inside the shop. The agency, stepping out as a brand of its own.
“Golden cocktails, global small plates and Moroccan-inspired design set the night in motion.”
Made in Boca.
Run on kefi.
The spirit of joy, passion and enthusiasm — the art of doing a thing with your whole soul. It's our name because it's our method.
KEFI was founded by Theodora Oatmeyer out of a passion for storytelling — the belief that the best brands aren't advertised into relevance, they're narrated into it.
Today we're a full communications agency specializing in content creation and strategy, public relations, and experiential activations — tailored approaches that elevate brands and drive meaningful growth for South Florida's finest.
Three years in, we've launched a print magazine of our own, cut the ribbon on KEFI HQ, and kept the standard exactly where it started: impeccable.
Trends expire; taste compounds. We build brands for the long shelf life.
Linen weight, caption cadence, the order of the guest list — the small things are the brand.
Work made with kefi reads as confidence — and audiences feel it before they can name it.
The people behind
the work.
Three years, and
a front door.
KEFI HQ, Boca Raton — soon opening its doors for community events, podcasts and photo shoots.
We hire for taste.
Nothing that fits? Convince us anyway — careers@kefipr.com.
Where our
clients land.
Another month, another wave of press wins. Every placement below is real — from grand openings to menu launches, across South Florida and beyond.
Joy is
a strategy.
Every agency promises attention. We're after something rarer — affection. The kind that books tables, fills rooms, and follows a brand for years. This is how we think.
Affection is not.
Anyone can be seen once. The brands that last are the ones people root for — and rooting is earned in the details: the linen, the lighting, the last line of the caption.
The most coveted rooms in South Florida never advertise their exclusivity; they behave it. Restraint isn't the absence of ambition — it's ambition, disciplined.
Trends expire.
Trends come with expiry dates printed on them. Taste appreciates. We build for the long shelf life — the brand that still looks right in five years.
Kefi — doing a thing with your whole soul — reads as confidence. Audiences feel it before they can name it. So do journalists. So do the guests who keep coming back.
That's rather the point.”
The first
90 days.
Results shouldn't require a leap of faith. This is exactly how an engagement begins — and what you'll have to show for it by day ninety.
We sit in your dining room, walk your property, read every review. Brand audit, audience mapping, and the honest conversation about where you stand.
A tailored roadmap: positioning, content pillars, press angles. And while it's being approved, we're already fixing the feed — the wins you can see by week two.
A launch, a dinner, a reveal — one moment designed to be photographed, posted and covered. This is where the market starts talking.
Placements land, the calendar hums, and reporting arrives monthly — in plain English, not dashboards. By day ninety: a brand that compounds.
We take on a small number of clients each season. Every account gets senior attention — it's the only way the standard holds.
The KEFI
Collective.
Stories from the table — our clients, our city, and the craft of being talked about. Edition 01 lives in print; the digital edition begins here.
How Nômade went from an empty address on SW 18th Street to “Boca Raton's hottest new restaurant” in under a month.
Where we take clients when we want to impress them: eight rooms, one drive.
New office, new chapter — the ribbon, the balloons, and what's next for HQ.
Why a magazine, in 2026? Because objects outlast algorithms.
Another month, another wave of press — where our clients landed.
One letter a month — what we're seeing, booking, and reading in South Florida.
Nômade Boca Raton.
A brand-new global concept at 6030 SW 18th Street — no name recognition, no history, and an opening date closing in fast. Boca had to know Nômade before the doors ever opened.
Content and public relations from the first call: naming the moments worth photographing, building the feed before opening, and seeding previews with the outlets that move South Florida tables — from Boca Magazine to the Palm Beach Post.
A grand opening with a ribbon worth cutting — golden cocktails, the Nomarita, duck dumplings, Parisian gnocchi and DJs into the night. World Red Eye shot the evening; the room did the rest.
Within a month, “Boca Raton's hottest new restaurant” was the phrase in print. Coverage ran from Boca Magazine to the Observer to the Tribune — and weekends became reservations-required.

Three questions — then a proper conversation. We reply within two business days.
We'll be in touch within two business days.
We take a limited number of clients each season — every inquiry is answered personally.
It happens to the best guests. The good part is one click away.
